An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully verified.

6Digital Products & Delivery

Most products sold on ScholarsCareer, including Post-UTME past questions, are delivered digitally (for example, as downloadable files or via email/access link) upon successful payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary but are typically instant or within 24 hours.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and active email address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address supplied by the customer.

7Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our core products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, we will provide a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but did not receive the product due to a technical error on our end
• You received the wrong product or a corrupted/incomplete file
• A duplicate payment was made in error

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team with proof of payment. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not offer refunds on the basis of exam outcomes, admission results, or scholarship application outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.
